Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and DV999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") operating at dv999.cam. By accessing, registering on or using the DV999 platform — whether for online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, or any other service offered — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the DV999 platform. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on DV999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on DV999 or any associated platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or had an account terminated by DV999 for breach of these Terms.

DV999 reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the DV999 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You are obliged to update your account information promptly should any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. DV999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

You agree to notify DV999 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. DV999 reserves the right to suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access or fraudulent activity pending investigation.

Terms of Use

By using the DV999 platform, you agree to use all services exclusively for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You warrant that all activity conducted through your account is for genuine recreational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All wagers placed are final once confirmed, subject to any game-specific cancellation provisions.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk and losses are possible, including the loss of your entire deposit.
• DV999 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed and makes no representation about outcomes.
• You are responsible for all taxes, duties or levies applicable in your jurisdiction arising from winnings obtained through the platform.
• The platform's services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted access.
• Any technical errors or malfunctions during gameplay will be resolved at DV999's sole discretion, with reference to verified server-side records which shall be considered definitive.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your DV999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared payment methods or anonymous sources are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

DV999 supports various payment methods in its live cashier. For the benefit of Pakistani users, familiar payment references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers and major bank accounts (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah). Withdrawals of real-money balances are subject to the following conditions:

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on DV999 — including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC events and other sports — are subject to specific sporting and betting rules published by the relevant game or sportsbook provider. General betting rules applicable across all DV999 sports markets:

• Wagers are accepted only when an account holds sufficient cleared funds to cover the stake at the time of placement.
• Odds are correct at the time of bet placement and are locked in once the bet is confirmed — subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• DV999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced (where the user had knowledge of the partial result) or where an obvious pricing error is identified.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the DV999 platform — including but not limited to the DV999 brand name, logo, website design, content, graphics, game interfaces, software and documentation — is the exclusive property of DV999 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying or redistributing any platform content without prior written consent from DV999.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any platform software.
• Using DV999's intellectual property for any commercial purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DV999, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of funds arising from platform downtime, technical errors, connection failures or force majeure events.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information or content published on the platform, including illustrative figures, odds references and payment method descriptions.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity conducted through the platform, including where such loss results from a player's failure to understand applicable terms, rules or odds.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit DV999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Account Termination

DV999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be or suspected to be under the minimum eligible age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the account would result in a violation of applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting DV999 support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of any amounts subject to pending investigation) will be returned to the original payment method used to deposit, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DV999 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as applicable to the specific service at the time of the dispute.

For users accessing DV999 from Pakistan: these Terms do not constitute legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistani law to your use of the platform. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation may apply to your participation. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Any formal disputes between DV999 and a registered account holder shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in the platform's active operator terms, which may include arbitration procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

DV999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, DV999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the DV999 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
